You are between 18 and 65 years old
You have been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE/Lupus) based on recognised medical classification guidelines
You have had a positive result on certain blood tests related to lupus (ANA, anti-dsDNA, or anti-Smith), either recently or previously recorded in your medical history
Your lupus is currently active and not considered in remission or in a low-activity state
At least one part of your body (organ system) is currently affected by active lupus
Your lupus has remained active despite trying steroids and at least 2 other lupus treatments (such as mycophenolate, azathioprine, rituximab, or similar medications) for at least 3 months each
