Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have serious problems with heart, lung, or other organ function that would make surgery unsafe.

- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 5 years, except for certain skin cancers (non-melanoma) or cervical cancer.
- People who have had an active infection, heart failure, heart attack, unstable chest pain, or unstable heart rhythm problems within the past 6 months.
- People who have HIV, a condition causing a weakened immune system from birth or acquired over time, or a history of organ or stem cell transplant from a donor.
- People who are currently taking or have taken other immunotherapy drugs, chemotherapy, other experimental treatments, or long-term steroid (cortisol) therapy.
- People who have a known allergy to, or medical reason not to take, PD-1 inhibitor medications (a type of immunotherapy drug).
