Who might be able to join this trial:

For people with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS):

• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People who have a confirmed diagnosis of Prader-Willi syndrome with an identified genetic type
• People whose cognitive testing (a standardised thinking and reasoning assessment called WAIS-IV) shows a score of 55 or above
• People who score at a concerning level on at least one area of a brain function questionnaire called the BRIEF-A
• Adults who are willing to take part and can follow the study procedures
• People who have signed a consent form agreeing to participate
• People who are covered by a social security scheme (confirm with trial site)

For caregivers:

• Caregivers who are involved in the participant's family, medical, or institutional care
• Caregivers who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part

Who may not be able to join:

For people with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS):

• People with psychiatric or behavioural conditions that are not being treated or are not yet stable, including a serious mental health episode within the past year
• People with severe vision or hearing impairment
• People with sleep apnoea that is not being treated
• People who experience epileptic seizures
• People who have had a significant abnormal heart tracing (ECG) result in the past
• People who have a pacemaker or defibrillator
• People who have any metal or electronic devices implanted in their head
• People who are currently participating in another research study that has an exclusion period that has not yet ended
• People whose depression questionnaire (BDI-II) score is 30 or above, indicating severe depression
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
