Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
• You must have already completed 4 doses of a treatment called RAY121 in a previous related trial (RAY902CT) and shown a positive response to it
• You must be able to follow the study's rules and schedule, as decided by the study doctor
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must agree to either avoid sexual intercourse with men or use highly effective birth control during the treatment and for 20 weeks after the last dose
• If you are a man, you must agree to either avoid sexual intercourse or use contraception, and agree not to donate sperm during the study

Who may not be able to join:

• You have had a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) or a significant allergy to a biological medicine in the past
• You currently have a known active infection caused by certain types of bacteria with a protective outer layer (confirm with trial site)
• You have previously had an infection caused by a bacteria called Neisseria meningitidis (which can cause meningitis)
• You have a surgery planned during the study period
• You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
• You have a significant heart rhythm or electrical abnormality shown on a heart tracing (ECG)
• You currently misuse alcohol or illegal drugs
• You have a known or suspected problem with your immune system that means it does not work properly
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial using a different experimental treatment (other than RAY121)
• You have received a live vaccine within the last 4 weeks before joining the study
