Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- You must have already completed 4 doses of a treatment called RAY121 in a previous related trial (RAY902CT) and shown a positive response to it

- You have had a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) or a significant allergy to a biological medicine in the past
- You currently have a known active infection caused by certain types of bacteria with a protective outer layer (confirm with trial site)
- You have previously had an infection caused by a bacteria called Neisseria meningitidis (which can cause meningitis)
- You have a surgery planned during the study period
- You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- You have a significant heart rhythm or electrical abnormality shown on a heart tracing (ECG)
- You currently misuse alcohol or illegal drugs
- You have a known or suspected problem with your immune system that means it does not work properly
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial using a different experimental treatment (other than RAY121)
- You have received a live vaccine within the last 4 weeks before joining the study
