Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People who are fluent in English
• People who have experienced at least one traumatic event during their lifetime that meets a specific clinical definition (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose most recent traumatic event happened within the past month
• People who are currently experiencing thoughts of suicide or harming others, with a specific plan and immediate intent to act
• People who have unmanaged psychosis or mania
• People who have not been on a stable dose of psychiatric medication for at least one month before the study's first assessment
• People who have completed a specific type of structured talking therapy for PTSD (such as CPT or PE) in the past three months, or who are currently receiving one of these treatments
• People who have an intellectual disability or significant difficulty with thinking or memory that would prevent full participation in therapy
• People who have a serious or unstable physical health condition that may require hospitalisation within the next year
• People who have an active substance use disorder within the past three months where suddenly stopping the substance would require medical supervision
• People who are currently involved in legal proceedings related to their traumatic event
• People who have a vision or hearing impairment that would prevent full participation in study activities
• People who, at the time of joining, have significant life challenges — such as unstable housing or no internet access — that the study team believes could affect their ability to fully participate
