Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are an adult who has been prescribed ofatumumab by your doctor as part of your regular MS treatment, but you have not yet received your first dose
• You (or your legal representative) are willing and able to sign the official consent form approved by an ethics committee
• Your MS disability score falls within a specific range (0 to 7 on a standard MS scale) at the time you join the study
• You have been diagnosed with active relapsing-remitting MS (a type of MS with flare-ups and periods of recovery) based on recognized medical guidelines from 2017
• You are able to provide blood samples
• You can read and speak English or French (Canadian)
• You have enough vision (with glasses or contacts if needed) to read instructions on a screen, as judged by the study doctor
• Your MS has not been steadily getting physically worse on its own (outside of relapses) in the past six months, as confirmed by a doctor

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a form of MS other than active relapsing-remitting MS, such as primary progressive MS, secondary progressive MS without active disease, or an early/borderline MS diagnosis
• You have another illness or condition that could interfere with taking part in the study or following its procedures
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• You are a woman who could become pregnant and are not using an effective method of birth control during treatment and for six months after stopping ofatumumab (confirm with trial site for the full list of accepted contraception methods)
• You have a known allergy to ofatumumab or its ingredients, active hepatitis B, a serious brain infection called PML, severe active infections, a seriously weakened immune system, or a known active cancer
• You have another active immune system disease besides MS (such as rheumatoid arthritis or Crohn's disease), or an immune deficiency condition
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial or have taken an experimental drug recently (within 30 days or longer, depending on the drug)
• You are unable to have regular scans (such as MRI) or blood tests as part of standard care
• You have been treated with the MS medications cladribine or alemtuzumab within the past 12 months
• You have ever previously been treated with certain MS medications that affect B-cells, specifically ocrelizumab, ofatumumab, or natalizumab
• You have a medical history or health condition that, in the study doctor's opinion, may affect your movement or eye control (confirm with trial site)
