Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been formally diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) according to established medical criteria, with the condition having been present for more than two years.
• People whose MS disability is rated at 6.5 or higher on a standard MS disability scale — meaning they need two forms of support (such as two canes or a walker) to walk about 20 metres without resting.
• People whose MS medical treatment has remained unchanged and stable for at least six months before the study begins.
• People who show no signs of significant cognitive (thinking or memory) difficulties, and who are able to score 24 or higher on a standard short mental assessment test.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have been diagnosed with another neurological condition or a bone, muscle, or joint disorder separate from their MS.
• People who have been diagnosed with a heart, lung, or metabolic condition (such as diabetes), or any other health condition that could interfere with the study.
• People who have experienced an MS flare-up or been hospitalised in the three months before the study assessments begin, or during the treatment period of the study.
• People who have received a course of steroid medication (given by injection into a vein or taken by mouth) in the six months before assessments begin, or during the study's treatment period.
• People who have uncorrected vision problems that cannot be addressed with glasses or contact lenses.
