Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a large bladder cancer that has not grown into the muscle wall of the bladder (the tumor is 5 cm or larger, there are 3 or fewer tumors, and imaging or biopsy results meet specific criteria).
- Your heart, bone marrow, liver, and kidneys are working well enough to handle the treatments involved (based on specific blood test results — confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

- Your post-surgery tissue results show a cancer type other than the most common bladder cancer type, or show that the cancer has grown into the bladder muscle or deeper.
- You have cancer that has spread to your lymph nodes or other parts of your body.
- You have a known allergy or strong reaction to any of the treatment drugs used in this trial.
- You have an autoimmune disease (a condition where your immune system attacks your own body).
- Your doctor feels that any other health condition you have could put you at risk or prevent you from completing the study (confirm with trial site).
