Who might be able to join this trial:

For adults with intellectual disability (ID):

• You are 18 years or older and have already been diagnosed with an intellectual disability, confirmed by specific test scores
• A doctor has cleared you to take part in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity, based on standard health screening guidelines
• You do not currently show significant signs of Alzheimer's disease or related memory conditions, based on a screening score
• You currently get 20 minutes or less of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per day on average
• You are able to wear a physical activity tracking device on your wrist for at least 8 hours a day, for at least 4 out of 7 days during the initial check-in period
• You have at least one caregiver or guardian who is willing and able to take part alongside you
• You live in North Carolina or Arkansas

For coaches (people who support the participant weekly):

• You have access to the internet and a mobile device
• You have weekly contact with the adult with ID who is joining the study
• You can read and speak English well enough to understand the programme materials and website
• You live in North Carolina or Arkansas

For caregivers:

• You can read and speak English well enough to understand and answer interview questions
• You care for an adult with ID who is willing to take part in the study
• You are able to attend all study visits together with the adult with ID
• You live in North Carolina or Arkansas

Who may not be able to join:

For adults with intellectual disability (ID):

• You have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or a related condition
• You average more than 20 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per day (confirm with trial site)
