Who might be able to join this trial:
Regarding the child:
- The child must be under the care of a healthcare provider who is participating in this trial
- The child must be between 5 and 11 years old at the time of joining
- The child must have a diagnosis of ADHD
- The child must be either starting stimulant medication for the very first time, or must not have taken stimulant medication in the past 6 months
- The child must be attending elementary school in person

Regarding the healthcare provider:
- The provider must treat children aged 5–11 with ADHD
- The provider must agree to the study's requirements, including using the RAMP platform for eligible patients and sharing information about the study with potential participants
Who may not be able to join:
Regarding the child:
- Children who have serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or conduct disorder, or who have ever been hospitalised for any mental health condition (note: children with depression, anxiety, or oppositional defiant disorder are permitted to participate)
- Children who have severe neurodevelopmental disorders (note: children with well-controlled seizure disorders are permitted to participate)
- Children who are currently taking, or have previously taken, a type of medication called atypical antipsychotics
- Children who are pregnant or become pregnant during the trial
