Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years old or older
• You are able to understand what the study involves and are willing to sign a consent form

If you have Myasthenia Gravis (MG):

• You have been formally diagnosed with myasthenia gravis (either affecting only the eyes, or more widespread), classified as "definite" or "probable" according to Dutch national guidelines
• Your MG severity falls within a certain range on a standard medical scale (levels I through IV) (confirm with trial site)
• You currently experience at least one of these symptoms: slurred speech, changes to your voice, weakness in your upper arms, and/or drooping eyelids

If you do not have Myasthenia Gravis:

• You have not been diagnosed with MG and there is no medical reason to suspect you have it
• You have no history of slurred speech, voice changes, upper arm weakness, or drooping eyelids

Who may not be able to join:

• You are not willing to have your voice recorded during the study
• You are not willing to be filmed during the study
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental medicine
• You have taken a short-acting pyridostigmine-based medication in the 12 hours before taking part, or you currently take a long-acting version of this medication
• You have cognitive or physical difficulties that would prevent you from completing the study tasks, in the opinion of the study doctor

If you have Myasthenia Gravis:

• You have had an arm amputated or are unable to speak
• You have another diagnosed neurological condition (separate from MG) that causes muscle weakness

If you do not have Myasthenia Gravis:

• You have any condition that limits the movement of your arms or affects your ability to speak
