Who might be able to join this trial:

- People whose body weight has changed by more than 10% in the past 6 months.
- People with a history of allergic reactions to nitrates (a type of medication).
- People with a history of a condition called ketoacidosis (a serious chemical imbalance in the body).
- People with a history of repeated urinary tract infections or recurring fungal genital infections.
- People currently taking blood-thinning medications (anticoagulants).
- People whose blood pressure medication has been changed in the last 90 days.
- People who are pregnant.
