Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have been diagnosed with endometrial (uterine) cancer of any type, at Stage I through Stage IVA
• You have already had surgery to remove your uterus (a modified radical or radical hysterectomy)
• You are planning to receive radiation therapy to the pelvic area at ISCI as part of your cancer treatment
• You are in generally good physical condition and able to carry out light daily activities with little to no limitations (confirm with trial site)
• You have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet and email
• You are able to read, understand, and sign a consent form
• Your doctor has decided it is safe for you to exercise on your own, meaning you can walk without any aids or assistance, you do not have significant memory or thinking problems, and you are not at high risk of falling
• You do not have any restrictions that would stop you from being physically active

Who may not be able to join:

• You are unable to schedule or attend coaching appointments
• You are already doing 150 minutes or more of moderate exercise per week on a regular basis
• You are unable to complete a test that involves sitting and standing from a chair five times in a row
• You have certain serious heart or lung conditions, including unstable chest pain (angina), uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, a recent blood clot in the lungs, or an active lung infection
