Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between 18 and 75 years of age
- People whose doctors expect them to live for at least 12 weeks
- People who have at least one tumour or lesion that can be measured on a scan, based on standard measurement guidelines
- People whose cancer has continued to grow or has returned after one or two previous treatment attempts
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received any treatment that targets blood vessel growth (known as anti-angiogenic therapy), such as ranibizumab, fipaxinib, apatinib, anlotinib, lenvatinib, sunitinib, or sorafenib
- People who have a severe active infection that is not under control, or who have been treated with antibiotics within the 2 weeks before joining the trial
- People who have difficulty absorbing oral (swallowed) medication due to conditions such as an inability to swallow, ongoing nausea and vomiting, chronic diarrhoea, or a bowel blockage
- People whom the treating doctor considers unsuitable for participation in the trial for any reason
