If you have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD):
- You have been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy through genetic testing.
- You are older than 10 years and younger than 30 years.

- Your Brooke Scale score is at the very highest or very lowest end (score of 1 or 6), meaning your arm function is either near-normal or very severely limited (confirm with trial site).
- You have significant cognitive difficulties that would prevent you from completing simple tasks.
If you are a healthy volunteer (control group):
- You are unable or unwilling to give consent to take part in the study.
- Your shoulder muscle strength falls below a certain level on the standard muscle strength test (confirm with trial site).
