Who might be able to join this trial:
For the Psychotherapeutic Unit part of the trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) according to standard diagnostic guidelines (ICD-10)
- People who have signed a form agreeing to take part in the trial
- People who have been referred to the "Main Level" treatment program
For the Competence Centre for Transcultural Psychiatry part of the trial:

- People who are refugees, or who have moved to Denmark to be reunited with a family member who is a refugee
- People who have been diagnosed with PTSD according to standard diagnostic guidelines (ICD-10)
- People whose traumatic experiences happened outside Denmark, including experiences such as imprisonment or torture, cruel or degrading treatment, organised violence, long-term political persecution, or war and civil war
- People who have signed a form agreeing to take part in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a serious psychotic disorder that is considered a separate condition from their PTSD or depression (confirm with trial site)
- People who are currently actively dependent on or using drugs or alcohol in a way that meets a specific clinical definition of dependence (confirm with trial site)
