Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 or older
• People who have been diagnosed with glioblastoma (a type of brain tumour), confirmed through laboratory testing of tumour tissue
• People whose glioblastoma has come back after previous treatment, where the returned tumour has been surgically removed and a small device called an Ommaya reservoir has been placed in the cavity left by surgery
• People whose side effects from previous cancer treatment have mostly resolved to a mild level

• People who have been on a stable dose of the steroid medication dexamethasone for at least one week before joining
• People with adequate blood cell counts and normal blood clotting levels, as measured by specific laboratory tests

• People who are able to provide written agreement to participate in the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a known allergy to the trial drug ingredients or to contrast agents used in medical imaging

• People who have previously received cell therapy, gene therapy, or oncolytic virus therapy (a type of treatment using viruses to target cancer)
• People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial
• People who have received anti-tumour vaccines or other immune-modifying drugs within the past 4 weeks
• People who have a history of another type of cancer
• People who have an unexplained fever

• People with a history of immune system deficiency, other conditions affecting the immune system, or a history of organ transplantation
• People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
• People with serious heart disease (classified as NYHA class III or IV) or poorly controlled diabetes
• People who have two or more glioblastoma tumours
• People whose tumour is located in the brainstem, cerebellum, posterior fossa, or spinal cord, or who have cancer spread along the lining of the brain and spinal cord
• People with a history of certain types of widespread brain or spinal cord disease involving the subarachnoid space (confirm with trial site)
• People whose tumour has grown into the walls of the brain's fluid-filled spaces (ventricles), or where the surgical cavity connects to those spaces
• People with a history of brain inflammation (encephalitis), multiple sclerosis, or other infections of the central nervous system
• People experiencing cerebral herniation syndrome, a serious condition involving pressure in the brain (confirm with trial site)
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People whom the research team considers unsuitable for other reasons
