Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with a locally advanced, inoperable, or metastatic solid tumour cancer confirmed by a tissue or cell sample — specifically colorectal, biliary tract, bladder or urothelial tract, cervical, endometrial, breast, or other solid tumour cancers (not including non-small cell lung cancer)
  • People who are 18 years of age or older, or who are at or above the legal age of consent in their country
  • People who have already received standard treatments appropriate for their cancer type and stage, or for whom no satisfactory alternative treatments exist

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose primary cancer diagnosis is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
  • People who have previously been treated with a type of drug called a HER2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) (confirm with trial site if unsure whether a past treatment falls into this category)
  • People who currently have active cancer spread to the brain
  • People who have a serious illness that is not currently under control
