Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
- People who have been diagnosed with a locally advanced, inoperable, or metastatic solid tumour that has been confirmed by laboratory tissue testing, and whose tumour type fits the specific part of the trial they are being considered for (including kidney cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, bowel cancer, pancreatic cancer, or tumours with a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C mutation).
- People whose physical functioning is rated at a relatively high level, meaning they are fully active or have only minor restrictions on physical activity (confirmed by a standard medical assessment called ECOG Performance Status 0 or 1).
- People whose cancer can be measured on scans according to a standard set of medical guidelines called RECIST v1.1.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord area and has not yet been treated.
- People who have cancer that has spread to the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord (sometimes called carcinomatous meningitis).
- People who have reduced heart function or a significant heart condition.
- People being considered for certain parts of the trial that involve a specific combination treatment: those with a history of lung inflammation (pneumonitis) or scarring of lung tissue (interstitial lung disease).
- People being considered for those same combination treatment parts of the trial: those with a history of severe skin reactions, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis.
