Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Adults aged 18 or older at the time of joining the trial

  • People who have already received any treatment targeting their NSCLC after it spread (metastatic stage)
  • People currently enrolled in another clinical study that involves an active treatment intervention (being in a non-treatment observational study or a survival follow-up may be acceptable — confirm with trial site)
  • People whose cancer has a specific known genetic change for which approved first-line treatments already exist
  • People with brain metastases causing symptoms, brain metastases measuring 1.5 cm or larger, those who received radiation to the brain within 7 days before joining, those who may need brain radiation during the first treatment cycle, or those with cancer that has spread to the lining around the brain or spinal cord
  • People who have had another cancer in the past (including a previously treated NSCLC), unless treatment aimed at curing that cancer was completed and there has been no sign of it returning for at least 3 years before joining
  • People with an active autoimmune condition or active lung disease that requires ongoing systemic (whole-body) medical treatment
  • People who already have nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) rated at Grade 2 or above on a standard medical scale
  • People who had a serious infection within the 4 weeks before joining the trial
  • People who had major surgery or serious physical trauma within the 4 weeks before joining the trial
  • People with a history of non-infectious lung inflammation (pneumonitis) that required steroid treatment, or who currently have a chronic lung scarring condition (interstitial lung disease)
