Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer, confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy)
- People aged 18 or older
- People who are reasonably well and able to carry out daily activities (rated on a standard scale as 0, 1, or 2 out of 4)
- People whose cancer had spread widely at the time they started their first cancer treatment

- People who are able to provide written consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received radiation treatment to the chest or the area around the heart and major blood vessels
- People whose cancer continued to grow or spread during or after their chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment
