Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 18 or older, of any gender, who have signed a consent form and are able to follow the study requirements.
  • People diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma (a type of cancer) that has come back or spread to other parts of the body, and where the disease has shown signs of getting worse within one year of being diagnosed through a tissue or cell sample.

  • People who have received chemotherapy within 21 days before starting the trial, or other anti-cancer treatments such as radiotherapy, biological therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy within 28 days before starting the trial (shorter timeframes may apply for certain specific treatments — confirm with trial site).
  • People who have taken certain medications known to strongly affect how the body processes a particular enzyme (called CYP3A4) within 7 days before starting the trial.
  • People who have had major surgery or a serious injury within 28 days before starting the trial, or who are expected to need major surgery during the trial.
  • People who have previously had a bone marrow transplant from a donor, or any other organ transplant.
  • People who currently have an active infection that requires treatment with medication throughout the body.
  • People who currently have, or have had in the past, another type of cancer — unless it was a certain type of minor skin cancer or early-stage cervical cancer that was fully treated, or unless they had a full course of treatment with no signs of the cancer returning in the last 5 years.
  • People who are known to be allergic to any ingredient in the trial medication.
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
  • People with a history of drug misuse or ongoing heavy alcohol use that could affect the trial results.
