Who might be able to join this trial:

- For the prostate cancer expansion part, people who have received up to four prior treatment regimens for prostate cancer, including at least one treatment that targeted the androgen receptor pathway.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously been treated with a KAT6A/B inhibitor drug at any point.
- People whose cancer has spread to internal organs in a way that is causing symptoms and poses a risk of life-threatening complications in the near term.
- People with active or symptomatic cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord that requires specific treatment, whose brain metastases have not been stable for at least the past two months, or who are currently taking or need steroids to manage brain metastases.
- People who have had a stroke or a mini-stroke (transient ischemic attack) within the six months before starting the trial.
- People with a significant heart condition or impaired heart function that has occurred or been ongoing within the six months before starting the trial.
