  • You cannot identify an adult friend or family member who could be a "buddy" for part of the study
  • You live more than 50 miles from the university, as in-person visits are required
  • You are planning to move out of the local area within the next 18 months
  • You do not have internet access
  • You are unwilling or unable to sign a consent form, read and understand English, or accept being randomly placed into a study group
