- You cannot identify an adult friend or family member who could be a "buddy" for part of the study
- You live more than 50 miles from the university, as in-person visits are required
- You are planning to move out of the local area within the next 18 months
- You do not have internet access
- You are unwilling or unable to sign a consent form, read and understand English, or accept being randomly placed into a study group
