Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have a tumour inside your chest that needs radiation treatment to ease symptoms or to stop it from growing in a way that is likely to cause symptoms within the next 6 months
• You are willing and able to give your informed consent to participate
• You are able to carry out basic daily activities, even if you have some limitations due to your illness (confirm with trial site regarding your specific ability level)
• You are 18 years old or older
• You have had, or are planned to have, other cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted drug therapy — this is allowed if your oncologist approves
• You are receiving or planning to receive radiation treatment to other areas of the body at the same time — this is allowed if your radiation oncologist approves
• Your doctors expect you to live for more than 3 months

Who may not be able to join:

• You have had previous radiation treatment to your chest that makes it unsafe to give further chest radiation, in your radiation oncologist's opinion
• You have serious health conditions that make it unsafe for you to have radiation treatment, including scarring or inflammation of the lungs (a condition called interstitial lung disease)
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• You are unable to attend all of the radiation treatment sessions or the follow-up appointments required by the trial
