Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old, of any gender
- People whose general physical functioning meets a certain level of fitness for treatment (confirm with trial site)
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of nasopharyngeal cancer (cancer of the back of the nose/throat) confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue or cells, of the non-keratinising type (either differentiated or undifferentiated)

- People whose major organs (including blood, liver, kidneys, and heart) are functioning within acceptable ranges based on recent blood tests — no blood transfusions in the 14 days before testing (confirm specific values with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who have severe other health conditions that, in the investigators' judgement, would make it unsafe for them to complete radiation therapy
- People for whom MRI scans are not safe or suitable
- People who have a second, separate primary cancer
- People with serious conditions such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, mental health conditions, or a history of severe allergies
- People who have taken part in another clinical research study within the 4 weeks before enrolling
