Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 69 years old (inclusive), of any gender
- Your bone marrow, blood clotting, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working at an acceptable level as measured by specific lab tests (confirm with trial site for exact values)

- You have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) with a disease activity score above 3.2 and a positive ACPA blood test (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have active Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, CMV, or syphilis infections detected through blood tests
- You have another active infection that is not under control
- You have previously had a major organ transplant (such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney) or a bone marrow/stem cell transplant
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have received an mRNA-LNP product or similar type of medication in the past two years (confirm with trial site)
- You have had a serious heart condition in the last 6 months, such as a heart attack, severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, or certain irregular heart rhythms
- You have received a live vaccine in the last 30 days before joining the trial
