Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 years or older.

• People who are able to receive a medication called filgrastim (also known as Neupogen), a procedure to collect immune cells from the blood (leukapheresis), three injections of a study treatment called DOC1021 near lymph nodes in the neck, and a six-week course of a drug called pegylated interferon.
• Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy blood test and agree to use effective contraception during the study treatment period.
• People whose kidneys, liver, bone marrow, and immune system are functioning at adequate levels, based on specific blood test results (confirm with trial site for exact values).

• People who have taken part in another clinical trial or received another experimental treatment within the past 30 days.
