Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (a lung condition caused by inhaling certain substances) by your doctor.

- You are able to speak and understand English.

Who may not be able to join:
- You have not been diagnosed with Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis.
- You are younger than 18 years old.
- Your doctor has determined that you have severe difficulties with memory, thinking, or understanding.
- Your depression questionnaire score (PHQ-8) is 20 or higher, indicating severe depression — the study team will help connect you with other care options.
- Your medical records show a history of an eating disorder, active substance misuse, thoughts of suicide or harming others, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or episodes of mania or psychosis.
- Your doctor has determined that you are severely ill or in very poor health.
