Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with severe, hard-to-control brain function problems caused by liver disease (hepatic encephalopathy, grade 3–4)
- People with Type 1 diabetes, or those who have experienced low blood sugar episodes
- People currently enrolled in another study that requires changes to diet or meal timing
- People currently taking GLP-1 receptor agonist medications (a type of medication used for diabetes or weight management)
- People with uncontrollable or disordered eating patterns, significant unintentional weight loss, Night Eating Syndrome, or food insecurity
- People taking medications that would significantly affect the biological measurements being studied in this trial (confirm with trial site)
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 10 years, with the exception of certain non-invasive skin or cervical cancers
- People with serious ongoing medical conditions such as chronic kidney disease, heart failure, or any condition that could interfere with taking part in the trial
- People who have unresolved side effects of grade 2 or higher from previous cancer treatment (confirm with trial site)
- People with active alcohol misuse, or who have been sober for less than 6 months
- People who have taken part in a trial of an experimental treatment within the past 30 days
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have a positive pregnancy test
