- You had a confirmed COVID-19 infection (by PCR or antigen test) within the past 3 years that caused symptoms

- You have recently tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 3 months
- You currently have a cancer diagnosis
- You are currently pregnant (though you may still be eligible for parts of the study involving surveys, blood, or stool collection — confirm with trial site)
- You are currently taking or have recently taken certain immune-suppressing medications called "biologics"
- You have an official diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) or another long-term digestive condition

To determine whether people with long COVID exhibit microbial dysbiosis characterized by decreased bacterial diversity, overgrowth of Bacteroides taxa, and lower SCFA, indole, and secondary bile acid production with biospecimen collections
