  • People who have any other illness or condition that, in the trial doctor's judgment, could affect the study results or create additional health risks
  • People who have had an organ or tissue transplant at any point
  • People who are pregnant at the time of consent or become pregnant at any point during the trial
  • People who have irregular, unusually fast, or mechanically controlled heart rhythms, including heart arrhythmias (confirm with trial site)
  • People who have narrowing of the carotid or aortic heart valves
  • People who have disease affecting the arteries in their legs or peripheral arteries
  • People who have widespread or localised tightening of the muscular arteries, such as that seen after certain heart bypass surgeries, or associated with Raynaud's phenomenon or extreme cold exposure
  • People where blood pressure readings cannot safely be taken on a limb due to an IV line, a surgical connection between an artery and vein, or reduced circulation in that limb (confirm with trial site)
  • People where a blood pressure reading would need to be taken on the same side of the body where a mastectomy was performed (confirm with trial site)
