  • People who have previously been treated with certain immune checkpoint drugs, including anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-CTLA-4 therapies
  • People who received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before starting treatment
  • People with currently active autoimmune diseases, or a history of autoimmune disease that could return
  • People who required corticosteroids or other immune-suppressing medications within 14 days before starting treatment
  • People with a history of interstitial lung disease, non-infectious lung inflammation (pneumonitis), or uncontrolled serious systemic illnesses
  • People who have had a severe or active infection requiring antibiotic, antifungal, or antiviral treatment within 2 weeks before starting treatment — including tuberculosis
  • People who received therapeutic antibiotic treatment (by mouth or intravenously) within 2 weeks before starting treatment
