- You are already scheduled to have keyhole (laparoscopic) or robot-assisted surgery to remove deep endometriosis

- You have had a stroke, or have a severe curvature of the spine (confirm with trial site)
- You have high blood pressure that is not well controlled by medication
- Your body mass index (BMI) — a measure of body weight relative to height — is above 45
