Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a lumbar disc herniation (a slipped disc in the lower back) and osteoporosis (weakened, brittle bones), based on their medical records and clinical assessment.
- Female patients aged 45 or older, or male patients aged 50 or older.

- People who have been regularly physically active in the 3 months before the trial — specifically, those doing aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes, at least 3 times per week.
- People who have taken certain medications in the 3 months before joining the trial, including bisphosphonates (bone-strengthening drugs), glucocorticoids (steroid medicines), calcitonin, anticonvulsant drugs (used for seizures or nerve pain), or heparin (a blood thinner).

Change in Quality of life measured by the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI); Change in Muscle strength by the Five Times Sit-to-Stand Test (FTSS); Change in physical activity level by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ).
