- Adults between 40 and 75 years old who have been diagnosed with low bone density or bone loss (called osteopenia or osteoporosis), confirmed by a bone scan called a DXA scan, with a T-score of -1.0 or lower

- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to vitamin K or vitamin D supplements
- People with serious kidney or liver problems, uncontrolled overactive thyroid, or other significant health conditions that could affect how the body processes bone
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are unable or unwilling to give their consent to participate, or who cannot follow the study procedures
