Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be willing and able to sign a consent form before any study-related procedures begin.
• You must be 18 years old or older (any gender).
• You must have a confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), proven through a tissue or cell sample test.
• Your lung cancer must be at an advanced or spread (metastatic) stage that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation to cure it.
• Your cancer must have gotten worse while you were receiving a first-line treatment called Osimertinib.
• You must have a specific gene change (mutation) in the EGFR gene confirmed by testing.
• You must be in relatively good general health (able to carry out normal daily activities with little or no restriction) and be expected to live at least 12 weeks.
• You must have at least one area of cancer that has not previously been treated with radiation and is not planned to be biopsied during the study.
• Women must have confirmed evidence that they cannot become pregnant (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

• You have received another experimental treatment or cancer drug within 14 days before starting this trial.
• You still have significant side effects (above a mild level) from a previous cancer treatment.
• You have brain-related complications causing symptoms that need urgent surgery or medical treatment right away.
• You have severe or poorly controlled serious health conditions affecting other parts of your body.
• You have persistent nausea or vomiting, a long-term gut/digestive condition, difficulty swallowing tablets, or have had a major bowel surgery in the past.
• You have a past history of a lung condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD).
• Your blood counts, kidney, liver, or other organ function are not at an acceptable level (confirm with trial site).
• Men or women who are able to have children and have not taken required precautions (confirm with trial site).
• You have a known bleed inside the skull that is not related to your cancer.
• You have seizures that have recently required a change in your anti-seizure medication.
