Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have agreed to take part and signed a consent form.
• You are willing and able to follow all parts of the treatment and assessment schedule.
• You are 18 years old or older.
• You have one or more lung spots or lumps that have been confirmed as cancer through a tissue test (biopsy or similar).
• Your lung tumour(s) are soft tissue (not calcified) and measure 20mm (2cm) or smaller at their widest point.
• A team of medical specialists has agreed that surgery to remove the tumour is a suitable option for you.
• There is more than 10mm of healthy lung tissue between the tumour and the outer lining or boundaries of the lung.
• You are willing and able to follow all the requirements of the study.
• Your overall health has been assessed and you are considered safe to have a general anaesthetic (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

• Your tumour is located in a central area of the lung near important structures such as major blood vessels, the heart, windpipe, food pipe, spine, or certain nerves.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You have taken part in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug or device within the last 30 days, in a way that could affect this study.
• You have a physical or mental health condition that could affect your ability to take part or put your safety at risk.
• Your life expectancy is estimated to be less than 12 months.
• You have an implanted medical device in your body, such as a pacemaker or other electronic implant.
• You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure in the lungs (a specific pressure reading above a certain level — confirm with trial site).
• You have previously had a surgical procedure where an entire lung was removed.
• Your lung cancer has been diagnosed as a type called Small Cell Lung Cancer.
• You have previously received a targeted treatment (such as a specialised form of radiotherapy called SBRT) in the same part of the lung as the tumour being studied.
• You are currently having, or have had in the last 3 months, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or medicines that suppress the immune system.
