Who might be able to join this trial:

- You own at least one firearm
- You have personally experienced one or more traumatic events, such as physical assault, sexual assault, combat, or captivity
- You have screened positive for PTSD symptoms using a standard screening tool (confirm with trial site)
- You are willing to share your physical location during online video sessions
- You are willing to keep your camera turned on during the study's video sessions
- You are able to read, write, and speak English

- You are currently experiencing severe mental health symptoms such as psychosis or extreme mania that require immediate clinical care (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently having urgent thoughts of harming yourself or others that require immediate care, such as hospitalization
- You are not able to give informed consent to participate in the study
