Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older

- People who have had a stroke, heart attack, severe liver disease, or severe kidney disease within the last 6 months
- People who are currently taking a GLP-1 agonist medication (a type of drug sometimes used for diabetes or weight management, such as semaglutide or liraglutide)
- People who are currently using insulin
