Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be at least 18 years old at the time you sign the consent form to join the study.
  • You must currently be taking bimekizumab as prescribed by your doctor, following the approved guidelines for your area.
  • You must currently be breastfeeding and plan to continue breastfeeding throughout the sample collection period of the study.
  • Your decision to take bimekizumab and to breastfeed must have been made before and separately from your decision to join this study.
  • You must have been taking bimekizumab for at least 12 weeks after giving birth, and for at least 12 weeks since starting, restarting, or continuing bimekizumab before the sample collection period begins.
  • You must not currently be pregnant and must not plan to become pregnant during the study.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have any physical, pregnancy-related, or mental health condition that the study doctor feels could affect your ability to safely take part in the study.
  • Your baby has any health issue noted during a physical examination or medical history that the study doctor feels could affect safe participation.
  • You have a history of regular excessive alcohol use or drug misuse in the past year.
  • You have a history of breast implants, breast augmentation, or breast reduction surgery.
  • You are planning to have surgery during the screening or sample collection period of the study (having a tubal ligation does not count as a reason to exclude you).
  • You or your baby have taken part in another clinical trial of an experimental medicine or device in the past 6 months, or are currently in another such trial — unless it is a specific named bimekizumab study (confirm with trial site).
  • You or your baby have already taken part in this same study before.
