  • People who have conditions affecting the hand or arm such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, tennis elbow, cubital tunnel syndrome, or a history of traumatic hand injury
  • People who have a significant neurological condition such as stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), muscle disease, Parkinson's disease, or nerve compression/damage affecting the arms or legs
  • People who have had surgery on their arms, legs, or spine in the past
  • People who have severe curvature of the spine (severe kyphosis or scoliosis)
  • People who have any condition — neurological, orthopaedic, or metabolic — that affects their balance
  • People who have a major psychiatric (mental health) disorder, based on medical history or hospital records
  • People who are currently taking androgen or estrogen hormones
  • People who have a prosthetic limb, are fully dependent on others for movement, or are unable to move independently
