Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are aged 18 or older at the time of signing consent forms.
- People who are willing and able to follow the study procedures, as determined by the trial doctor.
- People who have been diagnosed with Stage IV (advanced, spread) cancer of one of these types: non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, or bladder cancer.
- People whose treating doctor has decided that advanced genetic tumour testing (called Next Generation Sequencing) is appropriate and plans to use those results when choosing a first or second treatment option for their advanced cancer.
- People who have not yet had this genetic tumour test ordered, or who have had it ordered but have not yet received the results.
- People who have signed written consent forms agreeing to take part and to allow their personal health information to be used for the study.
- People who have a performance status score showing they are reasonably functional in daily life (confirmed using standard medical scoring tools — confirm details with trial site).
Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have another active cancer diagnosis at the same time.
