Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are willing to take part and have signed a consent form agreeing to participate in the study.
• You are 18 years old or older (any gender).
• You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (as measured by a standard health scoring tool called ECOG, with a score of 0 or 1 — confirm with trial site).
• You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at Stage II to IIIB (with specific lymph node involvement called N2 only), confirmed by a tissue or cell sample test, and have not yet received any treatment for it; if your cancer is classified as "T4," it must be based only on tumor size, not because it has spread into nearby structures like the diaphragm.
• A team of specialists, including a chest surgeon who focuses on cancer surgery, has reviewed your case and agreed your cancer can be surgically removed.
• You are able to provide a suitable tumor tissue sample (taken within the last 3 months) for testing — this can be a preserved tissue block, a set of tissue slides, or two core biopsy samples, along with a pathology report; fine-needle aspiration samples are not acceptable.
• You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, as assessed by the study doctor.

Who may not be able to join:

• Your lung cancer has tested positive for specific gene changes called EGFR or ALK mutations.
• You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years or currently have another cancer, unless it was a very early-stage or easily treated skin cancer, early cervical cancer, or certain prostate or breast cancers that were fully treated with surgery.
• You have previously been treated with certain immune-based cancer therapies, such as PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, CTLA-4 targeting drugs, certain immune-boosting antibodies, or immune cell therapies (confirm specific treatments with trial site).
• You have previously had a bone marrow/stem cell transplant from a donor, or a solid organ transplant (a cornea transplant is an exception).
• You have a condition that weakens your immune system, either from birth or developed later, such as HIV infection.
• You have had a serious allergic reaction to a monoclonal antibody treatment in the past.
• The study doctor believes there are other reasons you may not be suitable, such as alcohol or drug misuse, serious mental or physical health conditions, significant abnormal lab results, or personal or family circumstances that could affect your safety or the study results.
