Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People with a BMI of 25 or higher (or 23 or higher if the person is of Asian background)
- People whose blood sugar test results fall within the prediabetes range, such as a fasting blood sugar level between 110–125 mg/dL or an A1C level between 5.7–6.4%
- People who have not been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes

Who may not be able to join:

- People who currently have a diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes
- People who have not been assessed by a doctor in the last 12 months as being at moderate to high risk of prediabetes, and who do not have a recent prediabetes diagnosis
