• You have been diagnosed with a type of thyroid cancer (differentiated thyroid cancer) that no longer responds to radioactive iodine treatment, and either previous targeted drug treatments have not worked for you, or you have chosen not to have standard treatment
• You are well enough to carry out basic daily activities (not fully bedridden), based on a standard health scale scored 0–2
• You have at least one tumour that can be measured on a scan
• Your doctors expect you to live for at least 6 months
• A special scan (called a FAPI PET/CT) has shown that your tumour has a specific protein marker called FAP
• Your blood, liver, and kidney test results are within acceptable ranges (confirm with trial site for exact values)
• Any serious side effects from previous cancer treatments have mostly cleared up

Who may not be able to join:

• You have cancer that has spread to the brain, unless it has been treated, is stable on scans for at least 4 weeks, and you have no symptoms (confirm with trial site)
• You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer in the past 5 years, unless it was a fully cured localised cancer such as certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical or prostate cancer
