ADHD Group:

  • People who have been diagnosed with ADHD, of any type or severity level
  • People with ADHD who have never been prescribed or started any medication specifically for ADHD
  • People with ADHD who have an IQ score of 70 or above

Non-ADHD Comparison Group:

  • People without ADHD who have an IQ score in the normal range

Who may not be able to join:

  • People in either group who show signs or symptoms that may suggest autism spectrum disorder, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, or anxiety disorders
  • People in either group who are currently taking psychiatric or mood-related medications
  • People in either group who have cerebral palsy or conditions affecting movement and muscle control
  • People in either group who have a brain or nervous system condition, such as epilepsy, a neurodegenerative disease, or brain injury caused by events such as a head injury or stroke
  • People in the non-ADHD group who show signs of ADHD symptoms
