Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who fully understand the study and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old, of any gender.
- People who have been diagnosed with locally advanced or returning/spreading non-small cell lung cancer (either squamous or non-squamous type, or both) confirmed by a tissue or cell sample, and for whom curative treatment is not considered an option.
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose medical history, CT scan, or MRI shows that the cancer has spread to the brain or central nervous system.
- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 5 years.
