  • People whose kidneys are not filtering blood well enough (based on a specific kidney function test result below 40) (confirm with trial site)
  • People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • People with a specific type of high blood pressure affecting the lungs (called primary pulmonary arterial hypertension)
  • People with a known or suspected ongoing liver or bile duct disease
  • People with current or long-term inflammation of the pancreas
