Who might be able to join this trial:

- Scans suggest the tumor is located in a specific part of the kidney called the renal pelvis, or the tumor type is identified as a Wilms' tumor or similar.
- The treating doctor considers the person unsuitable for partial kidney removal surgery.
- Major surgery or a serious physical injury occurred within the 28 days before enrolling in the trial.
- A live vaccine was received within 28 days before enrolling.
- A serious ongoing or active infection requiring antibiotic, antifungal, or antiviral medication occurred within 14 days before enrolling.
- Any traditional Chinese medicine or herbal supplements taken for cancer treatment within 14 days before enrolling.
- People who are currently participating in any other clinical trials.
